Repository soft-delete

What is the problem you're trying to solve Customers delete repositories by mistake or because of bugs in their automation. They should be able to restore the repository if deleted by mistake.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement soft-delete functionality and enable customers' control.

@laurawentbb We have started working on the implementation of the soft-delete feature for repositories but the current ETA for release is mid 2022. For now, if you need to restore images deleted in the last 30 days, you can submit a support request and we can do that for you. Images deleted more than 30 days ago are not restorable thoug.

Really interesting feature, thanks for implementing it. But cannot use it as soft-delete is currently not compatible with replication, what are your plans to support it ?
