FEAT: Add Image functionality to TAP

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We've refactored TreeOfAttacksWithPruningOrchestrator to be a MultiTurnOrchestrator. It would be great if we could have it support image targets the same way RedTeamingOrchestrator does.

I don't believe there is too much work here, and it would be super cool! We may just need a modified strategy and some validation checks. There could potentially be some surprises as you plumb it through though.

I would also add this as a section in the tree_of_attacks_with_pruning notebook
