Whoever wants to continue this can probably pick up where #506 left off. Might not be too difficult given that there's almost everything there already and it's pre-reviewed, so comments merely have to be addressed.

@nina-msft I believe this can be closed now that #1078 has been merged. The benchmarking notebook is basically doing the same thing as the original attack (among other things).
