Managed end point deployment option is not available in DevOps

Currently we have deployed our models into Azure Kubernetes Services through DevOps & now we are looking to deploy our models into managed end point through DevOps instead of AKS. But DevOps has only two options available for deployment & those are 'Azure Container Instance' & 'Azure Kubernetes Services'. DevOps-NoManagedEndPoint
