Logic App not able to report the correct output message inside switch and for each

Describe the Bug with repro steps
Expected Behaviors: All the actions should show their output error message inspecting a run
Actual Behavior:
When in a run with a For Each and a switch inside it. If I see the error in the action in the position on of the array, when I move to the second position of the array and come to index one the message for the action has changed:
When I move to the second position of the array and come back to the first position the message has changed(taking the one from the TNG branch):
We have tried to change the name of the action and we got the same results.
