[New Experiment]: Intermittent error validation popups appear for few runs only when accessing the monitoring view from run history

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Repro steps:

1.Create a standard Logic app. 2.Create a workflow by using new experiment. 3.Add an HTTP request trigger and a compose action. 4.Publish the workflow. 5.click on the run 6.Goto the run history 7.Click on run to view the monitoring view of the workflow

Expected result: when we clicking on runhistory for workflow,the moinitoring view should load properly

Actual result:after clicking on runhistory for few workflows ,error validation encoutered after the monitoring view is disaplying
