Sequential Convoy pattern using ServiceBus Sessions suddenly errors out

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Expected behaviour:

• one run for each session, fetching messages sequentially, each run processes its own session serially, but all sessions are processed in parallel

Actual behaviour:

• since a few days, no runs happen. On the triggers run, triggers are reporting to fail unexpectedly with "InternalServerError"
