Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a standard logic app
2. Create a new workflow using new Logic Apps experience
3. Add a workflow with name that includes special character and spaces

Actual: A validation error should appear immediately if the workflow name contains special characters or spaces.

Expected: Currently, no validation error shows up instantly when the workflow name has special characters or spaces. Instead, the error notification appears only after clicking the create workflow button, which is not correct. If there is a validation error in the workflow name, the create button should be disabled and a validation error notification should be displayed under the workflow name.
