[Logic App Visual Editor] Newly added LCC Trigger won't ever let me sign in if opening it for configuration in the sidebar before it was fetched by the UI

Describe the Bug with repro steps

In the logic app, a Http webhook trigger based on a Logic App Custom Connection (LCC) can only be selected after waiting a few minutes until the corresponding api connection has been fully loaded in the ui. It does however consistenly work after the UI has loaded the corresponding connection via the following request: https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/.../providers/Microsoft.Web/locations/germanywestcentral/apiOperations?%24top=100&%24skiptoken=2900&api-version=2018-07-01-preview&%24filter=type%20eq%20%27Microsoft.Web%2FcustomApis%2FapiOperations%27%20and%20properties%2FintegrationServiceEnvironmentResourceId%20eq%20null

For me, i have quite a few LCC's (each having an OpenApi-Spec in the order of a Megabyte), it takes about 2 minutes on a really fast internet connection until i get the option to sign into my custom connector. If i select it before, it will just never display the option to sign in.

If i don't wait, it will just stay like that forever.

If I however wait before opening it, it will allow me to sign in using the LCC's oauth2 config.
