Describe the Bug with repro steps

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable system-assigned managed identity on the Logic App.
2. Go to the Edit API Connections blade.
3. Change the authentication type to Logic App managed identity using the dropdown.
4. Select the Display Name from the dropdown.
5. Click the Save button.
6. A notification confirms the action was successful.

Expected Result After a successful notification, the Save and Discard buttons should be disabled.

Actual Result The Save and Discard buttons remain enabled, and when tabbing in and out, the changes disappear in the Edit API Connections blade.
