Trigger history blade: Refresh automatically not working after workflow run

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a standard portal
2. Create a stateful workflow
3. Open designer
4. Add http request trigger
5. Add some actions of your choice
6. Save and run workflow
7. Verify the run count in Run history blade and trigger history blade for each and every run.

**Expected:**After saving and running a workflow, the run history blade and trigger history blade should update with the new run,

**Actual:**After saving and running a workflow, only the run history blade updates with the new run, while the trigger history blade does not update, even after multiple refreshes. To update the trigger history blade with the latest run, we need to switch from run history to designer/code and back to run history. It seems the refresh button is not working for the trigger history blade.
