LogicAppsUX No validation error appears when an integer value is entered instead of a Float for a parameter.

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Create a standard Logic App.
Navigate to Workflow.
Create a new workflow.
Open the designer to set up the workflow.
Add an HTTP request trigger.
Add a Compose action.
Click the Parameters button.
Select Create Parameter.
Enter a valid name in the name field.
Choose "Float" as the Type.
Enter "288" in the Value field.

**Expected:**There should be a validation error when value entered for a parameter is incorrect.

**Actual:**No validation error appears when an integer value is entered instead of a Float for a parameter. However, when saving, a failure notification appears, and the workflow is not saved.
