Describe the Bug with repro steps

UX Issue:

Reduced perceived trust: Displaying different names creates confusion and erodes user trust. When users encounter mismatched names, they may question whether they are interacting with the same item, leading to hesitation, errors, and frustration.

Consistency + standards: Interfaces should follow established conventions and maintain uniformity across all elements. Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing. This emphasizes the importance of maintaining uniformity in language, design patterns, and interactions across a product. It ensures that users can rely on familiar behaviors and expectations, reducing confusion and cognitive load.

To-be:

[ ] 1. Add 'Workflow resource name' to Accelerator detail page
[ ] 2. Add 'Workflow display name' to Accelerator basic tab
[ ] 3. Rename 'Basics' to 'Workflow'
[ ] 4. Use a larger side panel to accomadate new column
[ ] 5. Alt option: Use an infoballoon to display description
