LogicAppsUX Unable to load the referenced json schema

There are 2 schemas Contact.json and External.json, where the first one has a relative reference to the second one (the both were preloaded into the Azure Logic Apps (Standard) Schemas folder and provided in the additional context).
Create a new Data Map
Select the existing External.json schema -> it is successfully loaded to show only the "root*" element (it is only an experiment to see if this schema can be found and is valid)
Select the existing Contact.json schema -> it failed to be loaded "400 - InvalidSchema: The provided schema content is not valid. If the schema has any references, please upload the referenced schema to the Integration Account first. The compilation of schema failed with error: 'Could not resolve schema reference 'http://integration/schemas/External.json#/$defs/Date'. Pass '', line 13, position 24.'." (as specified above this schema was preloaded into the Schemas folder and validated in the previous step).

Azure Logic Apps (Standard) VSE v5.44.9 Data Mapper Version: 2 (by the way the same problem exists with v1 as well)
