As we discussed, you're welcome to pick this up and add it as an improvement. but a missing parameter is an invalid parameter so it would be a feature, not a bug.
I saw the design screenshot, what does missing parameter means? If I see this message it will look like it is missing from UI and not from serialized definition and it might be confusing for user about what is missing here. Shouldnt it be missing value instead?
