new UX is not doing workflow validation at authoring time

Describe the Bug with repro steps

In older designer, it is better on workflow validations. For example, when I tried put a new variable in if condition, it shows error at top.

However, the new designer didn't show this error message until the workflow saved. It would be better to prevent this issue at workflow authering time
