Auto Start is not Working in Task

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Go to VM
2. Click on Automation
3. Task
4. Create Task for VM start
5. Select time and date and recurring interval and give a name of the task
6. Save

What type of Logic App Is this happening in?
