Workflow trigger can be copied and pasted as an action

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Open any workflow
2. Right-click the trigger
3. Click "Copy Trigger"
4. Click any (+) icon on the workflow editor
5. Click "Paste an action"

This will cause the trigger to be pasted as an action. Fortunately, LA does not allow the workflow to be saved in this state, but this still seems undesirable.
