Can not parameterize the Logic App Dataverse Connector

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a workflow
2. Add an action with the Dataverse connector to the workflow
3. Add app setting for the environment name
4. Add a parameter which will read from the app setting
5. Change the workflow so the actions environment name uses the parameter rather than a hard coded value

You will now get an error message

If you open the network trace in the browser and look at the request to the connector to read the tables in the dataverse you will see its not reading the environment name from the app setting
