Relevant Naming For Resources

We need to standardize the naming conventions for Resources and Resource Groups so that users can find their resources easier.

Ex: Rather than myResourceGroup4056 -> myLEMP_ResourceGroup4056

We are nearing the implementation of Pre-requisites which would make this higher priority since different documents will be shared across different use-cases. Upping the priority to High.
