Add the ability to ignore parsing/executing of commands in an exec doc

There should be some way for the author to let IE know if they want IE to skip the execution of a particular command, which may be a CLI code block. This is useful for docs which have multiple options to do the same thing. We don't want repeated execution so we should be executing on only one option
