Feature Request Integrate Azure Private DNS Resolver with ES

Describe the solution you'd like Please integrate into the deployment of ELSZ, the deployment of Azure Private DNS Resolver (and the linking to the Private DNS Zones). I have seen many organization wh o struggle with that and still are using VMSS scale set or bind dns servers.
