Custom Plugin for SOC Optimization in Microsoft Sentinel

This plugin uses the Azure REST API to retreive the recommendations generated by the new SOC Optimization capability in Microsoft Sentinel. Apart from the existance of a Sentinel workspace, the plugin has no other prerequisites. Please refer to the readme page for details.
