[Android] - On join teams/group call, the screen share video stream is not received

Describe the bug On joining group/teams call, the screen share stream is not received on call join, if remote participants is sharing screen(before joining the call). Screen share video stream is received if remote participants starts sharing screen after joining call.

Repro steps: Start a group or teams call Start sharing screen Ask a participant to join The participant does not receive screen share video stream. (issue)

Device: Google Pixel 4a SDK: com.azure.android:azure-communication-calling:1.2.0-beta.2

Version 2.4.0-beta.1 I have met same issue. Is there are any workaround/dirty fix for that? I believe it is related issue #424
