Local video autorotates with device rotating even the landscape mode is off

Describe the bug Turn off the landscape mode in the app and rotate the device. You will find the local video autorotating

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Render the local video stream from SDK in the UI
2. Disable landscape mode in the device
3. Rotate the device with the local video stream rendering
4. You will find the local video autorotating

Expected behavior The local video should't autoroateting
