Management Hierarchy Doesn't Showup- Governance

ParentIndex = LOOKUPVALUE('CC GetEntities'[Index],'CC GetEntities'[Resource Display Name],'CC GetEntities'[Parent Display Name])

Any thoughts? I'm not sure but I believe it's not because of the permissions as I can see the Management Groups in my Azure tenant. Thanks.
