Improved environment variables resolution for chiseled/distroless containers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When target container doesn't have shell, Bridge-To-Kubernetes falls back to populate environment variables from container manifest. Only constants and config map values seem to be supported in this case, secretKeyRef and fieldRef variables are left empty.
