Editing start tasks from the pool view

Hey guys,

Problem: I pretty often faced the problem where I need to change the start task for the pool but I have no running instances. To accomplish that I have to spin up a virtual machine, edit the start task there, and reboot it. But technically we configure the start task for the pool, not for the specific node. If we look at the Azure portal, we could edit the start task right from the pool configuration and we don't need to do unnecessary actions and from my point of view, it works better in that case.

Solution: So what I propose is to add an additional edit start task button to the pool view to be able to configure it without wasting time. It would be better at least from UX perspective.

Thanks!
