batch explorer painfully slow on loading batch account data when first starting the app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We manage hundreds of batch accounts across hundreds of azure subs. Whenever I open batch explorer it takes 5-10 minutes to what I assume it is refreshing the batch account list of all the batch accounts my account has access to. During this time I can select a batch account has previously been scanned but I am unable to look at any running jobs or pools on that batch account until it finishes loading everything in the background.

Describe the solution you'd like Some sort of caching system so I dont need to wait for the background refresh of my batch account lists before anything is usable. If I am investigating an urgent issue often times it is faster to goto the portal than to use batch exploror.

Try 2.8 (just released). Absolutely flies on my machine. Amazing job!
