Still having issues with viewing images from TVM

Insider-latest So Tim fixed this twice, but it's still doing it:

when trying to view an output image from a TVM, more often than not it shows this broken image link. Last time i tracked it down to a race condition between downloading the image and displaying it. But never figured out how to fix it. Storage viewer almost never does it..

Hmm. I'm unable to repro, so seems like its a race again of some sort. It knows to try to render an image as well. Mine was a bit larger (95kB) so maybe it has to do with the download beating the page load.
