Investigate possibility for complex advanced NCJ template type for autoscale

Would be handy to have the ability to create an autoscaling pool when creating pools from NCJ templates. Ideally it would be an advanced type with a DDL for autoscale (yes|no).

autoscale (no) would display target dedicated and low priority input boxes as per normal, but autoscale (yes) would show the autoscale component from the add pool page.

Hhm not sure about this one. Autoscale is already a super complex feature of Batch that advanced user have a hard time understanding, providing this as an option in ncj might be more confusing that helpful. Might be more up to the template writer to setup autoscale with some variables

yeah i was thinking about a basic pre-baked autoscale with min / max nodes and that is all. just to scale up and down based on current workload. Nothing too complex. So won't include the full autoscale component.
