Node JS 18 is not in Node.js official LTS support matrix now. https://github.com/nodejs/release#release-schedule

Azurite will deprecate supporting Node.js 18 in a future release, and add node 24 support.

Would you please help to update the test script, and build script to deprecate node 18, and add node 24 in the next release?
