Provide way to construct token from given set of credentials

Eg if people use httr/httr2's builtin OAuth functions to obtain creds.

Hi @hongooi73 - I would like to second this enhancement and ask for an "as_AzureToken" functionality to convert a token from httr2's OAuth functionality into an AzureToken.

Is there any way to do this currently?
