Are health checks for azure premium functions still not recommended?

As talked about in issue https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Functions/issues/1903 there used to be guidance to not have health checks on azure premium function apps in this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/monitor-instances-health-check?tabs=dotnet#limitations that guidance is no longer listed in limitations. Does this mean it is recommended to use health checks now?
