Set user-generated log level for whole function app

Hey,

It would be great to be able to set a user-generated log level for the whole function app (E.g. Function.User) rather than an individual function. It's tiresome to set it for every individual function.

You should be able to control default log levels across Function App - via host.json - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/configure-monitoring?tabs=v2#configure-log-levels - let us know if this is not working as expected

I have the default set to a different loglevel than the user generated..

@pragnagopa Does that make sense? Basically it is common behaviour to have default as warning but user generated as information.
