Reverts Azure/Azure-AppServices-Diagnostics#778

The problem is exactly described in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59308763/derived-types-properties-missing-in-json-response-from-asp-net-core-api but the solution that one has to implement is lengthy and a bit dirty.
