General Availability for Government cloud

Azure App Configuration is now generally available in the Azure Government cloud. This includes the regions in Virginia and Arizona. These regions have full feature parity to the public cloud experience. A new public cloud region, Australia Southeast, has also been added. Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback.
