Kata-CC: Disable kdump.service disabled in Mariner-kata images.
What type of PR is this? /kind bug
What this PR does / why we need it: In case the Kata-CC node kernel crashes, a core dump is produced. This core dump is currently not compressed and includes every page (even zeroed pages). To avoid potential disruptions due to the large size of said dumps, we are disabling the kdump service. Once proper, compressed core dumps can be obtained, the Kata-CC node image will re-enable this service (and adjust the crashkernel parameter).
Note: Node kernel crashes have not been observed. This is a preventive PR.
