Pre-existing Active Directory - error

hi, I have performed the steps described in section Pre-existing Active Directory,, but the deploy fails. then i add in DNSsharedsvcs.json artifact in dependsOn section Keyvault and deploy go , but now deploy fails with error:

I see joindomain extension fail on VM
