[Feature] Build Tasks to Support Docker Buildkit
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No problem, per se, it would just be nice to take advantage of the buildkit features when using ACR Build Tasks.
Describe the solution you'd like I'm not sure the easiest way to implement it, but when running a local build, docker looks for the env var DOCKER_BUILDKIT=1 or the other way could be to allow us to pass build-args (similar to AZDO) where we can indicate whether to use buildkit or not.
Describe alternatives you've considered I can run it locally, but we have automation that builds new containers based off of PRs to certain repos, so it would be nice to be able to use buildkit as part of that automation so we don't have to build locally and push to the registry (it runs a lot faster when we ship everything up to the build tasks).
