Migration path from AKS Private DNS Zone API Server to Public FQDN API Server ONLY
Describe the solution you'd like
In AKS clusters created with a private dns zone, the nodes use the private dns zone to connect to the Control Plane.
Enabling public FQDN, allows clients connecting to the API server to specify the private/public endpoint to resource the resolve the API server, but the nodes still use the Private DNS zone.
A feature to fully migrate to public FQDN only and removing the public dns zone is desired.
