Add Horizontal Pod Autoscaler details to the Resource View

What happened: The Resource view is currently showing details about things like Pods, Replicasets, deployments etc. What you expected to happen: Please add a section related to Horizontal Pod Autoscalar under the workloads. I have attached a screenshot of a similar functionality available in Octant How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): NA

Anything else we need to know?: This would be useful to know the HPA details
