Powershell script postdeploy releace_version typo

Describe the bug The powershell script generated contains a typo - "releace_version" should be "release_version".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://azure.github.io/AKS-Construction/
2. Click on the option to deploy any of the ingress controllers
3. Scroll down to the powershell script and look for the last command.
4. It will have a param of -releace_version=

Expected behavior The param should be -release_version=
