Feedback from Cloud Native Hack Hours

I am opening this issue to support AKS Construction deployment in Azure Gov regions. I am a CSA supports Azure Gov customers, I am seeing growing number of customers deploying AKS. Having AKS construction set support in Azure Gov will really helpful.
