Add frontdoor for traffic ingress
AKSC should deploy frontdoor and provide sample post deploy configuration for a sample app.
Issue smells stale, no activity for 30 days. Stale Label will be removed if the issue is updated, otherwise closed in a month.

- TLS termination on frontdoor
- Re-encryption after frontdoor to nginx
