Centralised DNS Zones RBAC - Post Deployment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to use ExternalDNS in my cluster, ideally with the AKSC Helper. However my RBAC permissions on the DNS Zone doesn't exist, I need another team to make changes.

Describe the solution you'd like Guidance or samples of the automation to accommodate this split scenario.

Issue smells stale, no activity for 30 days. Stale Label will be removed if the issue is updated, otherwise closed in a month.
