Q: Hung Windows worker node

So my Windows node is hung after a scale up seems to have made the kubelet unresponsive. Azure portal shows CPU~90%. I created an SSH tunnel for RDP to my worker node using ssh [email protected] -A -p 22 -L 3389:10.240.0.5:3389 and I can now RDP to the box. The worker node's screen is hung on “Preparing Windows” so I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get to an event log to see what happened. Before I reboot the node, what else can I look at?
