Purpose

This PR consolidates the following repos into this repo.

• ms-identity-blazor-server
• ms-identity-dotnet-desktop-tutorial
• ms-identity-dotnet-adfs-to-aad
• ms-identity-dotnet-advanced-token-cache
• ms-identity-aspnet-daemon-webapp
• ms-identity-aspnet-webapi-onbehalfof

Of these repos, ms-identity-blazor-server, ms-identity-aspnet-daemon-webapp do not need to be consolidated or added to the repo because there is an existing code sample of that app type within this repo.

Links in docs need to be updated. A PR will be made in entra-docs-pr, azure-docs-pr as needed and staged for release when these changes are merged.
