Local query hallucinating

Local query with community level 1, returns response that is not part of indexed data. Query : What are 10 really good quotes about technology development?

for Global query : I am sorry but I am unable to answer this question given the provided data.

For local query: I get response and most of it is based on data that is not indexed..

I also find that local queries are prone to hallucinating.
