I am attempting to deploy resources in Australia East. Encountering a quota limitation for GPT-4o-mini model in Australia East Model quota is actually available in East US 2

Please add guidance to README since this is get-started sample.

(what about text-embedding-ada-002?)

2nd this issue. Not a good experience for an official starter template linked in the AI Foundry... Most people will just give up and move onto Google or Amazon.

Edit: was able to resolve this with azd env set AZURE_LOCATION eastus but should be more clear in the docs. America is not the world. Thanks
